さこちゃんのイベントに遊びにゆく。イーストハーレム のコミュニティガーデンの充実さにはいつも感嘆する。もちろん、ウエストハーレムのガーデンも規模は小ぶりながら、こちらもそれぞれが充実しており、椎茸栽培の様子を説明していただいたり、面白く同時に学びにつながる。
I attended Saco-chan’s event. I’m always impressed by the vibrancy of the community gardens in East Harlem. Of course, the community gardens in West Harlem, though smaller in scale, are also very well-maintained, and I enjoyed learning about things like shiitake mushroom cultivation – it was both fun and educational.
こちらは毎月恒例の、528周波数をベースのジャムセッションに行く。裸足になって皆と踊ったよ。ずーっとこうしていたかった、楽しすぎ！
This is K & his fellow’ regular monthly event: a jam session based on the 528 Hz frequency. I danced with everyone barefoot. I’ve always wanted to dance freely like this, it was so much fun!
