マンハッタンでも、ビスビー（アリゾナ）でも、ニューバーグでも、ほぼ、毎日一回は見知らぬ人から声をかけられた。『まあ、なんて可愛い仲良しカップルなの！』って。オリンは今はアタシの心の世界に住んでいて、二人ちゃっかり相変わらず仲良く出かけているんだよね。そうした気配を感じる人もいて、いろんな人ににっこり笑顔で挨拶される。
